We've just released an update of VisualQuant. Now we have two versions, 32 and 64 bits and we've moved VisualQuant to .NET 4.0 and MSVS 2010.

If you have already registered for VisualQuant demo, most likely you should register again since there are two download links now.

There is also a new major feature, the "Strategy" project type. The idea is to have a "normal" strategy development environment like OpenQuant or QuantDeveloper with pre-configured IDE where a user can develop strategies either as C# code or as a composite visual block. The main difference is that strategies are part of a framework (application) diagram that user can re-design/extend/simplify/etc. Basically it should look and feel like OpenQuant with fully configurable and extendable framework, GUI, providers, simulators, portfolios, reports, etc.

We will try to release a demo video and documentation next week.
