Hi, I have manually exited a trade which caused an error in OQ. Now i cannot remove a pending stop order and it is blocking the trading system for entering into new trades. Can you explain why this is happening and is there a way to reset OQ.

Hi,

Are you talking in the Simulation, Paper or Live mode?

Do you have Persistent option checked?

Regards,
Sergey.

I believe the problem occurred after the manual exit created a problem with my code causing a system exception.

It has now left a stop order that cannot be cancelled and also no longer exists except in the order manager of OQ. I am using XTrader and there is no stop order, i have confirmed that. But this is stopping my system running again and putting in trades i assume because OQ thinks there is a position still in that market or that that there is an order still there.

I did have persistent option checked and have unchecked it now and tried to run it again. Will see how this goes.
