Hi Everyone, I am looking for a freelance programmer extremely experienced with OQ2014 to hire to do occasional OQ2014 projects (both very small and very large). Here are some details: -I will supply an extremely detailed/clear spec doc for each project. -Freelancer must be willing to do each project for a flat fee (which they can quote me on after reading the spec doc for each project). -I can consider giving a flat fee research budget if freelancer feels they need to spend a little time researching project before they can give me a flat fee quote. -I am far from a C# expert, but have some basic C# programing skills. Therefore you will find my spec docs a lot clearer then a spec doc written by someone with no programing/C# experience. -Hope to build an ongoing long term working relationship.
