Want trades to trigger based upon two indicator signals. After entry, IB TWS can handle the default stop and target exits. Not bracket trading. Using XP Home, IB TWS and Quotetracker. Tried all the black-box solutions, including Bracket Trader and Amibroker, some can enter a trade based upon an email alert from Quotetracker via a Perl script and email server, but they cannot exit or reverse if a new signal is generated. They are not automated solutions. You can write something to integrate existing freeware or write a solution app. I am not a script writer. A few hundred bucks is the budget, and you need to know enough of what you are doing to not need a week to complete. Paid via Paypal 50% up front after samples review, 50% upon successful implementation.
