You need to set AltSymbol of the instrument using following format:

Symbol;Leg1;Leg2;...;LegN
where Leg is
ConId_Ratio_Action_Exchange_OpenClose_ShortSaleSlot_DesignatedLocation

for example
IBM;78491274_1_SELL_SMART_0_0_;81524101_1_BUY_SMART_0_0

Hi,

are you guys at SmartQuant 100% sure this example is correct? Because you seem to be giving a different composition in the Russian speaking forum... (No unfortunately I don't read Russian :( )

Thx,
Eelofi

Yes, I think there is a underscore _ missing from the end. Additionally I needed to use the actual exchange, not smart to get it work.

Hi,

The format is correct and the underscore character at the end is required.
There is no problem to use another exchange - just define it instead of SMART.

Ha, ha,

that's what I was trying to say, the format works ok, if you add the underscore to the end and change the exchange accordingly :)

Thanks anyway,
Eelofi

This is a syntax issue. There should be always six underscores even if you don't want to provide some value.
