QuantRouter v2.0.2 32 bits keeps crashing after a few mn or hours running.
I'm recording 76 FX instruments (bid+ask) over 3 providers (IB + Integral + Currenex), for a total of 228 streams... QuantRouter doesn't like it.
Crash, no error, no exception, the .exe just stops and the window disappears. OQ sees an error: socket closed...
Looks like an uncatched exception. Memory or CPU doesn't seem to be a bottleneck.
It's the same whether I run on my Windows 7 machine (8 GB ram, Xeon) or a Windows Server VM (about same config).
It's the same whether I connect to only 1 provider or 3. It's also the same whether I record via Data Capture or just display via Quote Monitor.

No way I can solve this. Let me know how I can help.

Any support? Try it with a Currenex or Integral feed, over many many pairs and see the result.

We are going to release a new version of QR soon. Perhaps it will solve your problem, meanwhile I will try to reproduce the issue. However with the latest official release we are capturing over 1K tickers during several months and do not see problems at all.

I still have the problem. Have you been able to reproduce it?
I guess the framework has a hard time processing something and just crashes but wish I could help more.

Ok now the problem is getting really weird.
I start QuantRouter on my server: the process runs, the trial dialog says "12 days remaining", I click OK, the main QR window appears for half a second and disappears. I check in the background: the process is still running... No way to display the window again and if I try to start again, of course it tells me there's a process using the framework.
And yes, I tried reinstalling QuantRouter (and just installed the latest OQ).

Please try to remove the following files and restart QR:

C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SmartQuant Ltd\QuantRouter\Config
- windows.form.xml
- windows.layout.xml
- windows.settings.xml

We are still not able to reproduce your issue, but we will keep trying.

Thanks Sergey, that solved the GUI issue.
I'm going to try capturing tick data for only a subset of instruments (instead of 72 pairs x 3 venues in parallel).
Will let you know if it still crashes!

I've been capturing quotes for 8 major FX pairs accross 3 venues through QR for 6.5 hours: no crash.
Also capturing quotes from another venue directly in OQ for 3.45 hours.
So OQ is connected to a venue and connected to QR (which itself is connected to 3 venues).
I hope it will continue for a few more hours/days and I'm guessing the crash was due to a too large number of instruments and/or ticks/seconds.
