Dear Team,

To trade instruments from 2 brokers, I am trying the QR with OQ. However, I found a problem: When I connect QR from OQ, the market data will halt after some time. From GUI, you can find the QuantRouter Provider is still connected, however, it does not receive any market data from QR. If I disconnect it and reconnect it, the market data will resume. I think there must be some problem with the heart-beat between QR server and client. Could you suggest some solution? (Maybe you can provide a api, which can reconnect the QR provider by code)

We have already added heartbeats mechanism, it should be available in the next version.

Also there is Reconnect feature.
