I forgot to mention, that when I tried to install QuantRouter2014, that I cannot install:
SQL Server Compact 3.5 SP2
Are the links you provide in the installation files not availble anymore?

I tried to install it manuelly from this link - both the x86 and 64 bit version.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downloa ... px?id=5783Though, during installation of the 32 bit version, which I need to install before the 64 bit version, I get this error:

fixed it with this:
b) Type “cmd” without quotes in the search box.
c) On the left pane, right click on the “cmd” option and select “Run as Administrator” on the bottom menu.
d) In the command prompt, type the command below:
fsutil resource setautoreset true C:\
e) After the command executed, restart the computer and check if you can install application.
