Dear team,

I am just trying to execute a futures contract in OQ2014 - with IB as execution provider.

I downloaded the ES contract with maturity: 3/17/2017 and symbol : ES and AltId: ES|215465490

When I execute an order, I get the following error message:
Code:
Provider Error from: 4 - Details: Parameters in request conflicts with contract parameters received by contract id: requested expiry 201703, in contract 20170317;

It looks to me, like you specify only the month, and IB likes to get the full date in the requested expiry. So, instead of yyyyMM, they like to get yyyyMMdd. I have the latest IB version: 962.2b

If I have the maturity field left empty, I get this error message:
Code:
Provider Error from: 4 - Details: Parameters in request conflicts with contract parameters received by contract id: requested expiry 000101, in contract 20170317;

Can you please get that fixed and send me a fixed IB provider or make that available to all?

Thanks
Mike

I fixed this myself.

OQ2014 gives the option at the IB provider, that i can set the Contract ExpiryFormat myself. So I set it to: yyyyMMdd

Thanks
M
