Dear Team,

would it be possible to add a feature to the bar factory, so that a user could specify for a time bar, when it should fire?

Like for 1 minute Bar, that it does not fire at 09:44:00 but actually 09:44:X => X being specified buy the scenario.

It would be great, if this could be specified for each strategy different then.
